Sometimes, during a successful booking you may lose track of time or decide you want to extend the length of your productive stay in a space. As a booker, if you stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, you will be charged for overtime. The overtime rate you get charged, is set by the space provider.
The price premium on overtime ensures that space providers are able to pay for any needed resources or staff to let you stay beyond the time previously agreed upon in the booking confirmation.
If you’re interested in extending your booking while being in the space, please make sure to check in with the space provider to make sure they can accommodate your overtime request. In some cases, the space may not be available beyond the hours previously reserved. If a space provider does agree to let you stay longer, we will be informed and let you know about additional charges and will add them to your invoice. In the case that your space provider agrees to let you use the space for additional time after the booking is confirmed but before it takes place, let our Operations Team know and we can update your booking request with the extra hours.
Please remember that all bookings should be made to include your setup and tear-down time, which cannot take place outside of the booking hours (whether before or after), or it will be charged as overtime.
If you'd like to know in advance the overtime rate, you can have a look at the description of the space. If it is not written there you can also directly contact the space provider.
You can get in touch with a space provider by sending a direct message over the contact section "Contact Provider" on the space profile on the platform. This section you will find when you scroll down the profile page, it's right after the calendar information.
