The first criteria to respect, for any potential space owner or renter to be listed on Spacebase, is that your space is only being used for commercial purposes and not for residential ones (e.g. private lofts).
If you are considering listing a space that you do not own (renter) on Spacebase, make sure you have the full right to license the space.
Then, carefully review your lease and if necessary, work with your landlord to add a rider to your contract. This add-on should be specific to the responsibilities and liabilities of all parties relevant to a short-term booking.
By adding a space that you do not own, you are affirming that you have obtained permission from the owner or landlord for the short-term activity you plan to list it under.
For more information on licensing a space, please review our Terms and Conditions.
