We see a relationship with a space provider as a partnership, in which we invest our time and resources. Different teams on our platform work hard so that your profile looks nice, services and information you provide is delivered to a potential booker, bookings are successfully executed and both you and a booker are happy at the end of the day.
To make sure we are able to do so, we ask you to use our messaging tool for direct conversations with guests. Our operations team can also update your booking requests in our system to reflect pricing for any discounts or additional services you agree on with a guest.
Space providers, who violate this policy will be removed from our platform and may be charged with a fee!
In case a guest tries to book a space directly with you outside of Spacebase, please let us know.
