Sometimes a guest's booking is going so well that they lose track of time or decide that they want to extend the length of their productive stay in your space. As a space, if your guests stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, you can charge them for overtime. The overtime rate for charging the client, is set by each space itself.
Make sure to let the customer know that they can stay longer at the location and that they will be charged by Spacebase.
In order to be even more clear, you can add this information in your space description, you just need to mention it to make sure that the customer knows about it before charging extra costs.
If the guest uses the space for additional time after the booking happened, let our Operations Team know right after the event and we can update the guest's invoice with fees for the extra hours.
