Sometimes a booking is going so well that guests lose track of time or decide that they want to extend the length of their productive stay in your space. As a space provider, if your guests stay beyond the length of time allocated in the booking, you can charge them for overtime. The overtime rate for charging a customer is set by you.
Make sure to let guests know that they can stay longer in your space and that they will be charged by Spacebase. In order to be even more clear, you can add this information in your space description to ensure that your bookers know about extra costs.
If guests stay past the end of a booking, let our Operation Team know, so that we can update an invoice in time.
