Once you've accepted the booking, you cannot cancel it without a decent reason. Clients count on the location and it is very frustrating if their planned event cannot take place. If you really have to do so, please inform us about it as soon as possible so we can find an alternative location for our client.
Please bear in mind that you may have to cover the extra resulting costs for the client having to book a more expensive location. This means that you may get an invoice for the difference between the original booking (your venue) and the alternative location costs.
