Once you've accepted a booking, you can’t cancel it without a decent reason. Customers count on your space and it’s very frustrating if their planned event can’t take place.
If you really have to cancel a confirmed booking, please inform us as soon as possible, so we can find an alternative location for our customer.
Please note that you may need to cover some costs for bookers, caused by the cancellation. This means, you may get an invoice for the difference between the original booking cost and the new one, if this one is more expensive.
