As soon as your space is listed on Spacebase, visitors can request bookings through the website and our Operations Team will also refer to your space to our client portfolio. Requests do not only come from the website, but also via phone, email and more. In order to make the life of the Operations Team easier and increase your booking rate, please make sure to synchronize your calendar and set-up your opening hours.
Our Operations Team will in the first place suggest the spaces which are easy and quick to book. We also use automatic suggestion to answer the request and the Spacebase algorithm takes the previously mentioned criteria into account.
Calendar synchronization allows you to easily let customers know if your space is available or not, and thus avoid unnecessary requests. Simply click on the "CALENDAR" button and choose the integration that suits you best:

Remember to fill in the opening hours of your space in the "CALENDAR" tab of the profile of your space. You can select different time slots for each day of the week.
