Before your reservation or booking you can get in touch with a space provider by sending a direct message over the contact section "Contact Provider" on the space profile on the platform. This section you will find when you scroll down the profile page, it's right after the calendar information.
You are also in contact with the space provider once you have sent a request to book or reserve on the platform. While filling out the request to book/ reserve form you can send a message to a space provider through the “Add a message to provider” button that appears while finalizing your booking request (step 5).
During your reservation you will see a conversation section under your booking information.
Any conversation on the platform is also visible to your Spacebase Assistant, who can jump in if necessary.
As soon as the booking is confirmed, you will get the direct contact details of the space provider as well as the exact address of the location.
